What’s On The Shelf? Vast & Starlit Is!

A brand new web series that features a group of players* playing a game and then discussing and reviewing that game, What’s On the Shelf?‘s inaugural episode is all about  Vast & Starlit!

If you’re curious, and have about four hours to spare, the whole thing is actually quite enjoyable to watch–this is coming from a dude who doesn’t like watching other people play and assumes his reward for a lifetime of sin and depravity is to be forced to watch other people play his games specifically–and could probably teach you all you need to know to play the game. If you’re curious and only have like eighteen and a half minutes to spare, watching from 3:31:00 on gives you all that sweet post-game pillow talk that you’re craving. (I tried to cue it up to that point for convenience sake, but I may have failed at linking again.)

This is a series I plan to keep my eye on.

* We need a good collective noun for players. I’d like to suggest a role of players because of its further implications on the phrase role-playing.

That was fantastic. Took me two months to finally find time to listen to it while coding, but it really great to see Vast and Starlit in action, since I haven’t gotten time yet to play it myself.
