I may have missed it. What if your work has been published online somewhere in one of the many “no pay” web sites? Is it permissible to submit after YANKING the story from the other site?

    • Epidiah · January 21, 2014

That’s a tougher question to answer than I would have realized. I might have to think about it for a bit and get back to you; but whatever the answer, there won’t be a need to yank the story from another site.

I might be tempted to donate an occasional mini-rpg ‘for the cause’, but 2,500 words is a really tight limit. Even my mini-rpgs tend to weigh in at 20k – 30k. Is that limit flexible in any way?

It’s flexible by a few hundred words, but I’m afraid we can’t accommodate anything as large as 20k just yet. Perhaps as the Patron Horde grows we can start looking at larger pieces.

Can writers from India submit their writings?
